Saeva Dupka Cave, Lovech, Bulgaria

Saeva dupka is a cave in northern Bulgaria near the village of Brestnitsa, Lovech Province. Its five halls and 400 metres of corridors offer some of the most beautiful cave formations in the country.

Saeva Dupka Cave, Lovech, Bulgaria

The Sаeva Dupka Cave is one of nine developed caves in Bulgaria. It is located near the village of Brestnitsa in the Lovech region. The cave’s name comes from the names of two brothers, Syu and Seyu, who hid in the cave during the time of Ottoman rule. The cave was declared a natural landmark in 1962.
