Royal Palace, Marrakech, Marrakesh-Safi, Morocco
Although access to the palace today is restricted for tourism as it is still a royal residence, it is still well worth seeing from the outside. Behind the walls is a true city, with numerous gardens and courtyards. Inside the grounds are two mosques. Located in the old Jewish neighbourhood of the city, the palace also has a synagogue, a cemetery and a marketplace.
