Come and celebrate all that’s great about Cornish farming and food at The Royal Cornish Show 8-10 June 2023 held entirely under cover here within the Exhibition Halls at the Royal Cornwall Events Centre, Wadebridge. There’s plenty of free parking on site. There will be plenty of farm animals that you can get up close to and visit the food and farming educational discovery zone where you can learn more about local agriculture and food production. There will be an opportunity to ‘Have a Go’ at things like milking a (mock!) cow. It’ll be great fun for all of the family.

It’s a great place to kick off your summer shopping, with an array of Cornish food and drink producers on hand to show you how they create their quality products, and a chance to try and buy their delicacies. There will also be craft stalls selling fantastic locally created gifts, and local quality catering concessions selling an array of food and drink as well.

The Royal Cornwall Show is the county’s biggest annual event, with something for every member of the family. For 3 jam-packed days at the beginning of June each year, enjoy the best in entertainment, shopping, competition, and of course, food and farming. This is a time to meet old friends, conduct business, and enjoy everything that Cornwall has to offer.

For over 200 years we still aim to showcase the best in Cornish agriculture, supporting industry to continue thriving and improving. Our top agricultural show attracts increasing numbers of animals from across the country, entered into our many hundreds of classes, aiming to go home with a coveted prize from the Royal Cornwall Show.

We have everything from ponies to poultry, top livestock, a renowned Flower Show and thriving Countryside Area. We have recently introduced the Cornwall Cider Championships, which sees amateur and professional cider makers from across Cornwall and beyond, compete for the top prize.

Our Royal Cornwall Food & Farming Pavilion showcases and promotes Cornish-grown and Cornish-produced food and drink, as well as many local caterers represented across the Showground. Main Ring Entertainment will have you on the edge of your seat, the traditional steam fair will transport you to times gone by, and there are avenues alive with music, song and dance.

Take time out for some retail therapy, we have almost 1,000 trade stands across the site, selling everything from cars to cheese, to furniture to fudge – you’re bound to find something to bring home. The Royal Cornwall Show maybe Cornwall’s biggest day out, but we can guarantee that no two days here will ever be the same.
