This restaurant has retained its unique concept at its new location at Basel Zoo. Here, too, you can indulge the creative cuisine of Pascal Steffen and his team in a stylish setting. There is a surprise menu comprising seven to 10 courses – only the ingredients are revealed in advance; primarily sourced locally, their quality is second to none. The food is plant-forward, but fish and meat also feature. The chefs take an appealingly pared-down approach, which doesn’t mean their dishes are not sophisticated and packed with deep flavours! Harmonious pairings of fine wines available by the glass or alcohol-free beverages are. Delightfully attentive and adept service.
