We are a true 4-star private hotel, offering 135 comfortable rooms. After a successful day at the trade fair, you can recharge in our Neunzehn30 restaurant or at our hotel bar, “Alte Gasse,” which features three bowling lanes. Please also take advantage of our swimming pool and Finnish sauna.

The Dortmund city center, the Westfalenhalle exhibition grounds, and Signal Iduna Park are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk.
We would like to inform you that, starting April 1, 2023, we are required to collect the accommodation tax imposed by the city of Dortmund (over 7.5% of the overnight price) even for business-related stays.
This tax (bed tax) is not included in the contractually agreed rates and must be paid additionally. We regret the decision of the city of Dortmund but are obligated to collect this tax.
