At Restaurant TIM RAUE, we serve an Asian-inspired cuisine, characterized as a fusion of Japanese product perfection, Thai aromatics, and Chinese culinary philosophy.
Therefore, we do away with side dishes such as bread, noodles, and rice, as well as largely avoiding white sugar. The kitchen exclusively works with lactose-free products for dairy items. We also offer a vegan menu that contains no animal products whatsoever.
We are happy to accommodate mild allergies and intolerances, but if they pose a life-threatening risk to your health, please understand that we cannot take on that responsibility. In such cases, we will not offer you any dishes.
