Restaurant Kei

A lover of French cuisine from which he draws his inspiration from his beginnings in Japan, Kei always expresses his search for perfection and harmony in each of his achievements. He left Japan in 1999 to France which will allow him to perfect techniques and knowledge of the different French regions. Until 2010, he went through several institutions such as L’Auberge du Vieux Puit in Fontjoncuse with Gilles Goujon, at the Priory in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, at the restaurant Le Cerf in Marlenheim, in 2003 he joined the team of the restaurant Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée in Paris, he will stay there for 7 years.

In 2011, with the help of Gérard Besson, he opened his restaurant in the heart of Paris. His cuisine will be awarded one star in 2012 and the second in 2017. The 3rd star is awarded to the Kei restaurant in 2020. It is in the heart of the historic and dynamic district of Paris, near the sumptuous Louvre Museum, the relaxing arcades of the Royal Palace or the tireless, quartier de la bourse, that a quiet street welcomes the restaurant Kei. Formerly a starred house run by Monsieur Besson, the Kei restaurant offers a unique experience, combining modernity and respect for traditions just like the city of Paris.

A luxurious screen that intelligently combines noble materials that will make you think of Haute Couture houses, famous leather goods or art jewellery. Here, wood, glass or marble will let the work of craftsmen, so dear to Kei, appear.
