After dedicating two decades to running Délice, Evangelos Pattas has now entrusted the reins to capable hands. Andreas Lutz, as maître d’ and sommelier, provides courteous and highly skilled service, offering astute wine recommendations that perfectly complement the dishes. Andreas Hettinger, now the owner and head chef, continues to preside over the open kitchen. Here, he transforms excellent ingredients into harmonious dishes that draw on classic, Mediterranean, and creative influences.
These culinary masterpieces are presented as a seasonal set menu, allowing diners to savor them in an attractive space with a charming barrel-vaulted ceiling. Guests have the option to customize their dining experience by reducing the number of courses from five to four, ensuring a delightful and flexible meal.
