Restaurant Cosmopolitan, Rabat, Morocco
The “COSMO” as the rabatis call it is a bubble of good French taste in the capital of the Kingdom of Morocco. For over ten years, we have enjoyed contemporary French and travel cuisine in good company. Winter upstairs overlooking the ramparts or summer in the garden.
the Villa Suzanne was built in the thirties following plans by Albert Planque, one of the best architects operating in Morocco at that time. He made this pure Art Deco villa in line with what was done in Miami, New York, Paris and … Casablanca. Long inhabited by different owners it was always considered by them as a special place. Today patiently restored and decorated in the original style by its current owner, it houses the Cosmopolitan restaurant.
