From marbled Wagyu beef to lamb chops with sweet teriyaki sauce and crunchy vegetable side – everything here is truly harmonized. Also, the accompanying wines and – for those who desire – the Japanese sake. As a perfect conclusion, unusual desserts emerge: the hint of green tea is mousse-like creamy in texture and wonderfully herbal in flavor. At “QOMO,” authentic Japanese dishes meet the best culinary aspects of Europe, though a bit more variety in the fusions would be welcome.
