From the beginning it was characterized by a differentiated attention in relation to other cevicherías. This excellent attention, to which the particular flavor of the dishes was added, made that in less than a year the diners got to form long lines to be able to taste the succulent products. At that time, customers could also observe the preparation of the same, moreover, the person in charge of preparing the ceviche did so according to the customer’s taste.

For that year, in the Punto Azul Restaurant, only ceviche with chicha morada was sold and over time this marine “dot”, erected over the bustling heart of San Isidro, became the favorite of assiduous customers, who with their Requests and suggestions motivated the menu to be expanded.
