Prophet Hood’s Tomb, Dhofar Governorate, Oman
The prevailing local belief states that the tomb of the prophet hood is located in the Dohfar Mountains between hills, villages and water springs known as Hiryeh, Afileh and Itham.
The three of them flow through the valley where the tomb is situated. The tomb is 3 metres long and 1.5 metres high. Prophet Hood was cited 7 times in the Holy Qur’an. He was sent to the Aad tribe in the AlAhqaf region.
