Frogmore House & Gardens

Owned by the Crown Estate, this 17th-century English country house offers seasonal guided tours. Frogmore House has been a favourite royal retreat for more than 300 years. It became a royal residence in 1792 when it was bought by George III’s wife, Queen Charlotte. Standing in the Home Park of Windsor Castle, the gardens at Frogmore House have been an enduring attraction for monarchs and their families since the house was purchased by Queen Charlotte in 1790. The surroundings of this beautiful house feature some of the most beautiful and serene flora and fauna in the entire Britain.  The Frogmore cottage features 33 acres of private lush greenery which is very dear to Sussex. This surrounding also features serene lakes and sprawling fields providing clean air and a heavenly place to roam around.
