Praia da Lagoinha Beach, State of Ceará, Brazil

Lagoinha is a Brazilian beach located in the municipality of Paraipaba in the state of Ceará. Named for the numerous freshwater lagoons in the region. It has a length of 15 km and a half-moon shape between two hills, besides having dunes, coconut trees, lagoons and cliffs.

It is located on the “west coast” of Ceará, approximately 100 km from Fortaleza. Access is by BR-222 or CE-085.

Lagoinha beach is certainly one of the postcards of Ceará. Its landscape is made up of a wide strip of fine, dark sand, freshwater lagoons, coconut trees and a green sea to leave anyone’s mouth open.

Whoever visits Lagoinha is sure that this is the beach of dreams. A cinema landscape contrasts with rafts and a very quiet and happy people.
