Poznan Botanical Gardens, Poznan, Wielkopolska, Poland
Garden is located in the western part of the city. It is a space for cultural events and artistic events, and above all one of the most popular and most visited parks in Poznan.
The Botanical Garden has documented collections of plants, for purposes of research, teaching and education presented in 10 thematic sections.
With rich offer including lectures, talks, courses, workshops, field trips and nature trails can take advantage of gardening and nature lovers, children, and students. During outdoor events such as. Picnic and September Birthdays botanist, held festivals, fairs, tours and exhibitions. University teaching is conducted, and the current scientific tasks focused on protecting threatened and endangered species.
In the central part of the park is the pavilion exhibition and Didactic, and near historic wooden Summer Pavilion. Interesting plants and occasional compositions are available in the Horticultural Center Botanist. Admission free.
