What was once the franking room of the city’s General Post Office, today breathes new life as a relaxed place to linger over coffee, settle in for a long lunch, or draw the day’s curtains with a night cap at the bar. Also to be found within COMO The Treasury hotel, this modern Australian ‘neo-bistro’ takes its name from the franking room of Perth’s original post office that the restaurant is now housed in. This high-ceilinged light-filled space has been transformed with stylish modern décor and is where diners can tuck into modern Australian cuisine with French influence and the Como Shambhala ethos of nutritional balance.
