Narin Kulasai

Narin Jack Kulasai is the chef and co-founder of the Thai restaurant “Porkfat.” Growing up in central Thailand, Kulasai spent time perfecting his craft alongside the renowned Chef David Thompson at Nahm Restaurant in Bangkok, before working at Bennelong Restaurant with Chef Peter Gilmore and serving as Chef de Cuisine at Long Chim Sydney. Jack brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the art of Thai cooking.
