Ponta do Morcego, State of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil
The Bat tip is a coastal area located in the city of Natal , state of Rio Grande do Norte , Brazil . The site has resemblance to a peninsula -shaped one end of a bat wing (despite being difficult to be perceived). It is located in Praia do Meio .
To get access to the site was built in 1996 a deck / gazebo that had a beautiful panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean . Many tourists visited the place and many photographers took pictures of the sunset . But due to lack of care, the deck was interdicted in January 2009 by the Secretary of Urban Services (SEMSUR) to cause “imminent risk of life” and still hopes the restoration work.To date, nothing has been done to change the scene of the place.
