Penberth Cove

Penberth Cove lies on the South Coast of the Land`s End peninsula, some 3½ miles southeast of Sennen Cove. The Cove still supports a small fishing fleet – the boats now being hauled up the slip (or cauance as it is known locally ) by an electric winch, rather than the spectacular capstan. Penberth is a valley, coastal village and cove on the Penwith peninsula in Cornwall, England. It is approximately southwest of Penzance. Most of the village is within the parish of St Buryan and the boundary with St Levan follows the Penberth river.
