Pascale Van Damme
Pascale Van Damme has made history as the first-ever female president of the Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA). She was unanimously appointed by the RBFA board, a position she has held since June 2021. In her new role, Van Damme aims to collaborate constructively with the RBFA board, ensuring continuity and working toward a bright future for Belgian football. Her responsibilities include advancing women’s football, supporting digitalization efforts, and expanding the RBFA’s social impact.
