Parque Kennedy, Peru
Parque Kennedy is the central point of the neighborhood and perfect for a spot of people watching – or cat admiring. It’s home to a population of convivial cats, most of which were abandoned and now cared for by a local NGO, so don’t be surprised if you make more than a few new friends here.
