A bright, breezy team run this likeable rustic restaurant, with its tile-backed open kitchen and wines displayed in a huge metal cage. The Mediterranean small plates tempt one and all: cooking centres around old favourites but with added modern twists – and the flavours really shine through. Please note, we won’t be operating a bar or no-bookings area, for the time being. We will be encouraging all guests to book in advance and adhere to the times of their reservation so that we can carefully manage the number of people in the restaurant at any one time, and comply with government guidelines on retaining guest contact details.

We have reduced the number of tables in the restaurant, changed the configuration and have installed screens between fixed seating to maintain physical distance. In line with Scottish Government guidance, Ox and Finch will operate as a 1 metre zone. Party sizes are currently limited to 6 people from a maximum of 2 households.  If you are visiting with a pram or buggy, would like a high-chair, or have any other special access requirements please advise us beforehand to allow us to accommodate you at a suitable table. We are incredibly grateful for all of the support that our wonderful guests have given us over this difficult past year. Our dedicated, hardworking team and suppliers are what make our business and we want to do anything that we can to support them.
