You can choose your cut of meat from the display cabinet, walk through our chilled wine cellar, watch the chefs in action with the open kitchen and kick back and let your steak melt in your mouth.

Prime Diamond Cut Steaks

At Outback Jacks you can select your own cut of meat from our chilled display cabinet from where it is then cooked by our chefs for all to view on an open char grill. You might not know that Outback Jacks has our very own exclusive meat label “Diamond Cut Gold Series” … this includes exceptional aged Premium and Choice cuts of certified beef.serial

The Prime and Choice cuts are grain fed to produce great marbling for that famous OBJ’s eating experience. Our Choice cut cattle is grass fed and free range, giving it a cleaner, leaner flavour. You can choose from a high score Wagyu Porterhouse or a Big Fella T Bone. Also on the Outback Jacks menu is our delicious Wagyu Burger, 100% rump sausage or try our mouth watering full rack of pork ribs!
