Ormer Mayfair is under the direction of Executive Chef Sofian Msetfi. Sofian brings a wealth of experience, having worked at some of the most respected restaurants in the UK and Ireland. Diners will enjoy a six or eight exhilarating dinner tasting menus, including a vegetarian and vegan tasting menu (48 hrs notice for vegan). Sofian’s impeccable modern British dishes boast the best locally sourced and seasonal British produce. All served in the inimitable style that has helped Ormer Mayfair garner many accolades since opening.
After years under the direction of Kerth Gumbs, Great British Menu 2020 finalist, Ormer is now in the hands of Sofian Msetfi, whose CV includes stints at Tom Kerridge’s Hand and Flowers in Marlow. The 1930s-inspired restaurant sits pretty inside Flemings Hotel, and, this being Mayfair, exclusively serves tasting menus. Diners can choose between either the six- or eight-course option, where dishes might include BBQ rack of veal, flaky butter-poached cod or show-stealing native lobster.
