Orangery Park, Strasbourg, Alsace, France

The oldest park in the city is the favorite meeting place for lovers, joggers and Sunday walkers. Kids love its playgrounds, vintage car circuit, mini-farm and zoo (free).

It is here that the stork threatened a time of disappearance was reintroduced successfully. More than 800 cigogneaux have emerged since 1971. The beautiful bird symbol of Alsace can be admired in all seasons. The lake, adorned with a large romantic waterfall, allows to indulge in the joys of boating.

The Pavillon Joséphine hosts exhibitions and temporary events. The Buerehiesel, a pretty half-timbered house, is home to a gourmet restaurant. The Bowling and its terrace complete this leisure offer.
