Compact, stylish, light-filled restaurant serving an eclectic menu of elevated Asian fusion cuisine. Nolan was born in 2016 from our need to make the food we like to eat. Comfort, without geographical restrictions, which does not belong to any category, based on Greece, has influences from everywhere, from the street food of Vietnam or Beijing and the classic fried chicken to your grandmother’s beans. Food defined only by the group’s appetite for delicious and “welcoming” food, resulting from the love for the ingredients themselves, the feelings and memories they evoke, the search for techniques, tests and experiments. Dishes that are put in the middle, that are shared. Not just food – a complete experience.
A contemporary bistro in the centre of the city, just a few steps from the busy Syntagma Square. The chef at the helm here (his father is Greek, his mother Japanese), creates contemporary Greek-focused cooking with plenty of Asian influences, and enticing dishes that are fresh, colourful and perfect for sharing. Next door is a separate space called “Sweet Nolan”, a pastry shop that complements the Nolan brand’s other ventures, creating desserts for the restaurant but also selling directly to the public.
