With more than 30 years of experience, Ahmad strongly believes that excellence is achieved by taking things to the next level, bringing passion to the food and being proud of every dish served.
As the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, this outlet by the famous chef spans 2,415 square meters of space across three levels of its own contemporary structure at the edge of the private Four Seasons marina. Part of Four Seasons Hotel Doha, this setting affords views over the Arabian Gulf, adding to the splendour within the restaurant. Seven entertaining spaces feature throughout the space, from the main dining room up to the restaurant’s rooftop lounge. Here guests can savor the signature cuisine of chef Nobu Matsuhisa, including outstanding sashimi and ceviche, and the chef’s famous tacos.
