Nerobergbahn View Point, Wiesbaden, Germany

A special kind of riding experience is offered on the Neroberg slope. If you do not want to walk the path to Wiesbaden’s most beautiful vantage point, there is a historic means of transport available: the Nerobergbahn, the second-most water-ballasted wire-cable rack in Europe.

Already at Kaiser Wilhelm’s time the two small yellow-blue mountain railway cars rushed up and down at 7.3 km / h Wiesbadens Hausberg. 3.5 minutes of pure driving time they need today as they did then, to get from the valley station over the viaduct up to the 245 meters high mountain station.
