The museum is open to the public from Tuesday to Sunday, between 10:00 and 17:00, and remains closed on Mondays. Admission fees are as follows: adults CHF 7, teenagers CHF 5, and students or trainees CHF 5. Children under 13 years can enter free of charge. Special rates are available for members of the Friends of the Museum and holders of the Museums-PASS-Musées. The museum is wheelchair accessible and offers facilities for visitors with additional needs.
