LA CASA DEL OSO/ Bear house is located in Proaza, in the former rectory of the village, inaugurated in 1996, becoming since then the headquarters of the Asturias Bear Foundation.
The building has three floors, standing on the ground floor reception of visitors, tourist information and small souvenir shop. Also on this floor it is the new exhibition endowment completely renovated in 2006, in the space formerly occupied by the cafeteria. The first floor is divided into an audiovisual room and a multipurpose meeting room, standing on the second floor administrative offices.In the area attached to the house there is a small green area with playground equipment for children.
