National Museum of Marine Science and Technology, Zhongzheng District, Keelung City, Taiwán

National Museum of Marine Science and Technology (NMMST) is located in the east of Keelung, near Badozhi, Bisha Harbour Live Seafood Market and scenic attractions in the northeast coast of Taiwan. NMMST is a marine educational and recreational park devoted in maintaining the sustainable development of the ocean. They are creating an exhibitive, educational, and recreational environment for schools and the public. Dedicated in preserving the natural surroundings, NMMST is promoting the importance of “Embrace the Ocean, Appreciate the Ocean and Sustain the Ocean.”

National Museum of Marine Science and Technology is built and remodel from the old thermal power plant. After the retiring from production, the structure of the plant was designed and facilitated to meet the requirement of a museum by connecting to the natural habitat within perimeter.
