Namazgah Bastion, Kilidülbahir Köyü, Eceabat, Çanakkale, Turkey
Namazgah tablet was built during Sultan Abdulaziz period. Its real name is the Rumeli Aziziye Tabyası. Because of being a sheltered area during the Dardanelles War , the Namazgah Tabi has received the name of Friday Namazlar because it was placed here as it is located at the center of the units scattered around the region . It is one of the main defensive units of the Strait, though it has been back on the planet due to the angle during the war.
In Çanakkale Battlegrounds , the 4th Aghir Artillery Regiment was the center of the 2nd Aghir Topçu Regiment Battalion. There were 16 shore cannons on the tab. Two of them are long 14 ‘short-range and 2 are anti-aircraft.Namazgah , modernized in 1892, participated in the Battle of Çanakkale on March 5, 1915. Namazgah tabası , one of the greatest bases in the defense of Çanakkale, was hit on 18 March 1915 in Çanakkale wars.
