Muzeum Inżynierii i Techniki

Museum exhibits of urban engineering & vehicles tracing the development of Polish public transport. Muzeum Inżynierii i Techniki, established in 1998, is a museum located at ul. św. Wawrzyńca 15 in Kraków, Poland. Housed in the historic building of the city’s first narrow-gauge electric tram depot, the museum focuses on the development of urban engineering, public transportation, and municipal infrastructure. Its collections include over 3,300 items, such as machines, tools, and electrical and electronic equipment, highlighting the evolution of Polish engineering and industry.

The museum’s permanent exhibition, “The City: Technosensitivity,” is the first comprehensive narrative in Poland about the development of engineering and its impact on urban life.
