Museum of the socialist way of life is a unique place where everyone made a trip to another near, but already forgotten the 70’s – 80 ‘s of the twentieth century.

With the help of real attributes, you can easily understand what just recently there was a big multinational country under the proud name of the USSR. The spirit of that time creating exhibit items, and the rest is the mood of visitors. It’s a world of positive emotions and positive realm. The date of foundation of the museum can be considered the beginning of the 90s. This is the time when the collapse of the Soviet way of life of long-term human began to change the trappings of everyday life. Many items started rapidly disappearing from everyday use.

The room was not chosen by chance – a former communal apartment for 20 people of about 200 sq.m. in a house built in the middle of nineteenth century. You can find here brick walls of that time, old wiring, batteries, cast iron and even switches. Just museum gives you the opportunity to apply for themselves things of the world of celebrities, ranging from the lead singer of Scorpions and ending by Sting. The opening took place at the end of August 2011 as the exhibition “The Soviet School”.

The project has truly national character. In its creation was attended by many residents of Kazan, different age groups and different social status, from teenagers to pensioners, from unemployed to Mayor! This is a must see museum! Great mood and spirit of the Soviet era remain with you for a long time!
