Museum of CFM, Maputo, Mozambique
The CFM Museum, inaugurated on June 11, 2015, is headquartered at the Central Station of the Railways in Maputo. It is a technological, scientific and cultural institution at the service of the community. Its mission is to portray and disseminate the history of the Ports and Railways of Mozambique.
Its main objectives are the study, documentation, conservation and dissemination of the collection in its possession, as well as the valorization of the Maputo Railway Station – building that houses the Museum – and the preservation of its memory.
