Motorworld München is located on the 75,000 m² site of the former Deutsche Bahn repair shop in Munich-Freimann. Its centerpiece is the impressive, listed locomotive hall, which with its gigantic dimensions – 185 meters long, 90 meters wide and up to 18 meters high – is one of the largest self-supporting historic steel halls in Europe. Admission is free 365 days a year.
