Park is located near Vyborg (the Finnish town of Viipuri). Architects and sculptors of different styles and nationalities: Italian Giovanni Martinelli, Russian Alexander Pavlov, Dane Gotthelph Borup, the French August de Mountferrand, English Charles Heathcote Tatum, Finnish Johannes Takanen etc.The style of Monrepos was influenced by various European fashions of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
