Set menus such as “Beete & Bauer” (beet & farmer) and the vegetarian “Acker & Saat” (field & seed), or à la carte options, are presented on artisanal pottery plates from Wesel. The contemporary, seasonal cuisine is crafted from meticulously selected ingredients, predominantly sourced from the surrounding region.
