Mirante do Leblon, Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil
Overlooking the Leblon, a large wooden deck, supported by rocks, that allows a beautiful view of the ocean’s edge of the district of Leblon and Ipanema, as well as the stones of the road that goes to São Conrado. There is a bar and fishing spot on site.
On Re-Order rocks, the gazebo offers beautiful views of the sea and Leblon waterfront. The viewpoint of Leblon was built in wood, on a rock formations, that are at the end of the neighborhood beach, and at the beginning of Niemeyer Avenue.
The Mirante is made by a huge “deck” or platforms with wooden planks leaning on the stones and garnished by a wooden fence. From there you have a beautiful view of the sea, you can see Leblon and Ipanema Beach to the left of who looks at the sea. Looking to the right, one sees many beautiful rocks where the waves beat against the stones with their foamy waves forming a beautiful spectacle. Still on the left side are seen the Two Brothers Hills and the mountains that extend to the sea.
