Mirante – Cidade de Pedra, Chapada dos Guimarães, State of Mato Grosso, Brazil
The Cid ade de Pedras is one of the most characteristic points of Chapada dos Guimarães, because it is the place where one can observe the great sandstone walls that advance with its gigantic hills, and is located inside the National Park of Chapada dos Guimarães, in the part Higher than the region of the Rio Claro Valley.
From there you can see an incredible landscape, where rock formations are constantly sculpted and transformed, giving way to the imagination of every visitor!
We will drive to the Chapada dos Guimarães National Park for the delivery of the voucher, starting soon after our trip along the road that leads to the Agua Fria District and entering the Park through a gate.
We continue for another 10 km on the road that is now formed by sand, until we reach the parking where we started the walk, which is already near the walls.
