Midi Bauxite, Iles de Los, Guinea
The Guinea Bauxite Company is a Guinean mining company. Since 1963, it has been operating the large bauxite deposit at Sangarédi in the Boké region of Guinea.
Guinea is the 5 th world producer of bauxite, but the country has the largest reserves of ore, the estimated amount to 25 billion tons, or half the world’s reserves.
