The modern fusion restaurant by chefs Michelle Goh and Top Russell is serving a summer menu that highlights fresh shellfish. A five- and seven-course set (B3,550++ and B4,550++, respectively) are available. They have also updated their vegetarian menu for non-meat diners.

Talented pastry chef Michelle Goh was born and raised in the small town of Kuching on Borneo Island in Malaysia. She joined Le Cordon Bleu Sydney at the age of 18 and worked under well-renowned chef Anna Polyviou at the Shangri-La Sydney before joining 3-hatted Rockpool now known as Eleven Bridge by Neil Perry in Australia. Her experience also includes working for Pollen under Jason Atherton in Singapore before settling at the land of smiles and joining two Michelin-starred restaurant Suhring where she was put in charge of the pastry section at the young age of 23. Thailand born Pongcharn, best known as Top, spent his childhood living on the island of Phuket before moving to England at the age of 15. Highlights of his career include being part of the opening team at Gauthier Soho in London, went on to train under Chef Jun Tanaka at The Pearl before honing his skills with legendary Chef Pierre Gagnaire at the two Michelin-starred restaurant Sketch in London. He moved to Singapore in 2014 to work under Jason Atherton at Pollen where he was promoted to Senior Sous Chef four times in two years. He then made his way back home to become Freebird’s Executive Chef in Bangkok. Top has been named Forbes 30 under 30 Asia and BK Magazine Top Tables Best Young Chef. He also appeared in Topchef Thailand Season 2 and has been included in Fine Dining Lovers’ 12 Chefs To Watch.
