Public tours

The public tours are specially designed for individuals who cannot visit the MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA with a large, closed group. So that these people also have the opportunity to look behind the scenes of the multifunctional hall, guided tours are offered at 12:00 p.m. on Sundays when there are no performances.

Children under the age of 8

  • Children under the age of 8 only have access to child-friendly events
  • Access only when accompanied by a person responsible for education

Children under the age of 14

  • Access only with parental consent and with a copy of one parent’s identity card
  • The young people must be accompanied to the entrance and picked up again after the event
  • Children and young people under the age of 16 only have access to events that end after 10 p.m. if they are accompanied by an adult supervisor
