Mehmet Akif Ersoy House, Altındağ, Ankara, Turkey 

Our national poet Mehmet Akif Ersoy lived in this house where the greeting section was allocated to him by the Tacettin Sheikh who had great admiration for him while the ITBMM was Burdur Mebusu during the Independence War and wrote in the house of the Antiquity Anthem.

This house was named Mehmet Akif Ersoy House with the decision of the City Council on October 30, 1949, and although it was turned into a museum it was neglected and ruined over time.

During the establishment of the Hacettepe University Central Campus, Dr. İhsan Doğramacı has been restored to its former status and the building has been opened for a while.

University Ministry of Culture in 1982 with the Rector of the enterprise for the restoration of the parts that wear out over the years the building Foundations General Directorate of Religious Foundation of Turkey and some private individuals contributed with a fund has been established and building repair and upholstery tamamalanarak December 27, 1984 the day with a ceremony again it was opened in the open.
