Marah Land Muscat is an entertainment park owned by Oman Tourism Projects Development Company LLC. OTPDC is an Omani company incorporated in 2003. MLM was initially developed by an Omani Company, Qurum Amusement Park Company SAOG in 1998. KCMCC through OPTDC acquired the machineries from QAPC and entered into a new 20 years BOT agreement with Muscat municipality in November 2003. In June 2007, UETC acquired 50% of OTPDC’s share capital from KCMCC.

Total land area of MLM is 107,000 square meters, of which the park occupies approximately 45,000 square meters. Remaining land area or 62,000 square meters of land is vacant and OTPDC has obtained the Oman municipality approval to construct commercial complexes and car parking slot. The share capital of OTPDC comprises of 500,000 authorised, issued, called up and fully paid shares of RO 1 each.

OPTDC operates the MLM entertainment park in Muscat, Oman. There are about 30 traditional entertainment rides in the park and a commercial complex comprising of food courts and restaurants. Competition LM is the only theme park in Muscat city. Visitors In 2006, MLM received around 430,000 visitors.
