Gibraltar Branch
The Gibraltar Branch was founded in 1993 and is fully registered with the Manchester United Football Club.
The two highlights in the 27-year history of the Branch were the visit of Sir Alex Ferguson accompanied by Bryan Robson & Mike Phelan to inaugurate the Branch’s new premises in the presence of the Branch Patron, the Hon. Sir Peter Caruana, Chief Minister of Gibraltar on the 10th August 2009.
The second highlight of the short history of the Branch was the acquisition of premises in the City Town area.
The Branch is a non-profit-making organization with a constitution adopted in accordance with the requirement of the Branch Charter. In keeping with the Rules, the Branch is administered by a Committee which is elected annually. Final accounts are annually audited by EY and presented to the Membership at the Annual General Meeting.
