Nathalie Kennedy joined the Quai d’Orsay in 1996 within the Financial Affairs Department until 2000 before joining her first post abroad in London as Vice-Consul from 2002 to 2006.
From 2006 to 2009 Ms. Kennedy was assigned to the Human Resources Directorate before taking political functions as an editor in the European Union
Directorate from 2009 to 2013. She was in charge of the Greek file at the time. of the economic and financial crisis that hit the country.
From 2013, Mrs. Kennedy was appointed Political Advisor at the French Embassy in Madrid where she will serve until 2017.
On her return to Paris, she will take charge of the Office for the Protection of Minors and Families within the Directorate of French People Abroad from 2018 to 2019 before being appointed Head of the Mission for the Protection of Rights people within the same department
in September 2019 She was appointed Consul General of France in Dubai by decree of the President of the Republic
on September 1, 2021 Mrs. Kennedy speaks English and Spanish. She was designated a Knight in the National Order of Merit.
