Located within the Royal Albert Dock; its name is Welsh for ‘Liverpool’ as owners, the Barrie brothers, have strong connections to Anglesey. The island also provides some of the produce, including pork from their own farm. Carefully crafted, creative dishes are understated yet full of flavour.
