Jean-François Piège expresses his convictions here, inspired by French gastronomy proud of its values and heritage, through Le Tour de France des Territoires and Mijotés Modernes, his signature cooking. An emotion that seizes you from the entrance with this metallic lace door depicting the map of Paris, the intellectual and intangible terroir of the Chef. Entering through the kitchen, as if entering the chef’s home, a contemporary setting bathed in light under a skylight with geometric lines awaits the guests.
