Lake Uvildy, Chelyabinsk, Ozero Uvil’dy, Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia 

The lake is in Uvildy Argayashsky area Kyshtymsky and Karabash urban district of the Chelyabinsk region, at an altitude of 272 meters above sea level.

On its shores are many summer camps and recreation centers. Since 1969 is a natural monument. Uvildy Lake is one of the few South Ural lakes with very clean water. On the north side of the lake there are a railway station and the village.

The total area of 68.1 square kilometers of lakes, the catchment area is 144 square kilometers. The average depth of the lake 13 meters, the maximum depth – 38 meters, the water cut is 120 kilometers. Translated from the Bashkir language name of the lake means “Blue bowl.”
